Access & Permitted Utilization
Zenith Asia Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our proprietary dashboards and tools solely for internal business optimization. Users are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and take full responsibility for activities occurring under their sub-accounts.
You shall not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the extraction of data from our **analytics** engine without explicit written consent. Our algorithms and visualization techniques are protected intellectual property under Thailand's Copyright Act and international treaties.
Usage Prohibitions
Any attempt to disrupt the platform’s **KPI** calculation integrity, including the submission of false data or the use of vulnerability scanning tools, will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Intellectual Propriety
The visual design, brand assets, and proprietary logic found on ZenithAsiaAnalytics.digital are the exclusive property of Zenith Asia Analytics. While reports generated for clients belong to the client, the underlying "Zenith Logic" remains our trade secret. Redistribution of our insights as your own service offering is strictly prohibited.

Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime for our **analytics** portal, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance occurs during off-peak Bangkok hours (02:00–05:00 ICT).

Our insights are advisory. Zenith Asia Analytics is not liable for business losses resulting from decisions based on our **KPI** forecasts. Final executive decisions rest with the client.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be settled via arbitration in Bangkok before entering court proceedings.

Section 4.1
Data Retention & Deletion
Client data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 90 days. Post-termination, all data is purged according to our security protocols, except where legal holding is required.
Section 4.2
Fee Adjustments
We provide a 30-day notice for any modifications to our subscription tiers. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
